With a passion for natural healing and a deep understanding of movement, I take a science-backed, holistic approach to massage therapy. My background in gymming, martial arts, and nutrition allows me to tailor treatments that not only feel amazing, but also support your long-term health and recovery.

Outside of my work, I love spending time in nature hiking or at the beach, practicing Pilates, yoga and weightlifting, or crocheting and baking sourdough. Family time keeps me grounded and inspires the care I bring to every session.
