Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations should be made by texting Amy on 0488 966 289. As a mobile remedial massage therapist, time and preparation go into each booking. Short-notice cancellations take away the opportunity for other clients to receive treatment and impact the business significantly.
If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice on two or more occasions, they may no longer be eligible to book future appointments. This policy is in place to respect the therapist’s time and support the sustainability of a small, client-focused business.

Packing up time is done after the full treatment time is finished, it takes ~10 mins to pack up. Amy wants to ensure client receives full service.
Treatment questions

Remedial Treatment: Goal is to treat localised pain, tension, discomfort, improve range of motion. Usually requires more than one treatment for cumulative benefits - depends on severity of condition and client goals.
Relaxation Treatment: Goal is to decrease sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight mode) and turn on body's natural healing function (rest and digest parasympathetic nervous system). Great for people who find it difficult to relax, stressed, anxious, or need to block out time to let the body heal while on the massage table. Also good for those experiencing whole body tension, this will relax the muscles.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment: Goal is to unblock lymph nodes and increase lymph flow to areas of the body and remove waste. Usually requires more than one treatment for cumulative benefits - depends on severity of condition and client goals.
I am trained to work on individuals with a functioning lymph vessel system (I am a Level 2 Dr. Vodder trained therapist) - I am not able to provide for individuals who had lymph nodes/vessels removed - Amy can refer client to a Level 3 Dr. Vodder trained therapist who can help.

Yes, Amy can perform remedial techniques without the use of massage wax and oils, just let Amy know. Manual Lymph Drainage is performed without any massage wax or oil.
